Leaks is a security operations executive with nearly 20 years of experience in physical security, executive protection, and operational leadership across private, government, and institutional environments. As Director of Operations at Ingage Security Services, she leads security strategy, staff training, and crisis response planning, including tactical training and compliance initiatives in coordination with law enforcement and regulatory agencies. She is a certified firearms instructor with qualifications as an NRA Firearms Instructor, NRA Range Safety Officer, and NRA Law Enforcement Pistol & Shotgun Instructor. Additionally, she has expertise in combat training as a Handcuffing/Expandable Baton/Pepper Spray/Defense Tactics Instructor. Marlo is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent (NJ), Executive Protection Certified, CPR/First Aid/AED Certified, a Notary Public (NJ), and holds prior federal security clearance.

Frank has served as a firearms instructor, Martial Arts Instructor, Foreign Weapons Instructor, and Combat Marksmanship Trainer since 2016. Throughout his career, he has trained a diverse range of personnel — including enlisted service members, officers, civilians, and Department of Defense employees. His instructional approach emphasizes strong fundamentals, situational awareness, disciplined movement, and the ability to perform under pressure.

He completed two operational deployments to Afghanistan, where he had the opportunity to apply his skills in active environments and witness firsthand how effective combat training translates into confident performance. The success of the individuals he trained — especially in high-stress situations — reflects the effectiveness and impact of his methods.

Drawing on years of practical experience, Frank delivers tactical training that extends well beyond standard qualification drills. His focus is on readiness, adaptability, and building the mindset required to remain effective when the stakes are at their highest.
